Do not claim the artwork as yours.

I have the right to refuse the work I am not comfortable with.

Please do not haggle/negotiate for lower prices, but you may inform me of your budget beforehand to see if it is an agreeable amount. If you do, please inform me before I name the price. (The budget should not be less than the minimum price.)

Payment must be made before starting work.

You can not cancel the work if you already paid.

(For commercial use works, partial payment of the commercial use deposit would be refunded).

For commercial use: common price x2 (depending on each case) [I still own the copyright].

For giveaways (goods): common price x1.5

For works commissioned as book/novel covers or items for giveaways, please include my name on there as well.

Works will be sent for review up to 2-3 times (the draft and base color stages)

You can ask for 2 revisions, more than that, you will be charged extra.

You can't ask for revisions if the work is done.

The finished work will only be sent through email after the rest of the payment has been received

Every commission will be watermarked and posted on my account. If you are uncomfortable with it, please let me know.

You may color it but give me credit of the line art.

Do not trace the work or use it as a base for another artwork.

No price negotiations please, but I am open to discuss what your budget can get as long as the budget is of a higher amount that the lowest price requirements.

I do not accept work which would be used for reselling (such as NFTs)

If the commissioner not honor the rules and agreement, I will report you and blacklist you from future commissions. I may also ask for monetary compensation, depending on a case-to-case basis.

Briefings will occur in Google Documents/Google Silde.

Payment will be calculated after the briefings.

In the briefings, you may include:

Type/scale of the work (such as full body chibi, or bust up rough sketch)

Type of file (either .png or .jpeg, depending on preferred background type)

Size and orientation (you may choose between horizontal and vertical, and you may also specify the preferred DPI)

Character details (if you do not have a picture, you have to specify the specific details of the character. For example, their eyes’ shape and color, their hairstyle, skin pigment, etc.)

Precautions for work (such as missing character's details, etc.)

If you send pictures as references, please specify the reference of each picture as well

how you are commissioning this work (for commercial use, etc.) and the truthful purpose of commissioning.

For works used as book/novel covers or for giveaway goods, is it okay to insert my credit?

In the case of characters with many details, some may be lost during the process.

Additional characters will increase the price by the minimum amount.

Full CG backgrounds will increase the price by at least $ 5+, depending on details and complexity.

There is also the YCH type of the chibi scale, you can check on in the commissions screen.

If the brief does not inform the color of the item, I will choose the color for you.

Omakase Commission is a work that the customer let the artist draw what they want without a brief

What you need to give: The character, Character personality/story (optional), mood tone (optional), Emphasis/precautions(optional)

Every Omakase work has a background. The detail of the work depends on the amount of money.

There will be no editing work. Except if I draw the details of the character wrong. If you want to adjust the work beyond this will be paid extra.

You need to pay the full amount, but you also can pay deposit first by tell the price you want to donate then pay 50% of that price (EXCXEPT PAYPAL).

I will update only by sending the draft and finished stages. For the work that takes long time working, I will update you more than 2 times.

The neatness of the work will depend on the amount donated. Thus, the outcome can be rough or full color style, but you can tell me first which style you want.

Select design one of three drafts.

Edit the selected design.

Base Color (you can ask to change the color 5 times).

Submit work for last checking.

Submit finished work.
